Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway!



Getting Around:

Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $215. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

This was a beautiful home to stay in for my husbands 50th birthday! All guest were happy with our entire stay. Everything was clean, inviting, and decorated beautifully. Being able to walk to get something to eat was nice, and easy Uber pickup and drop off. I would stay at this property again!

Great place. The rooftop patio was fantastic and all beds seemed to be comfy. There are a lot of stairs, which is daunting when carrying a 40lb suit case, but once our luggage was upstairs, the stairs were not an issue. Nice place.

Great property for those visiting Nashville!

This was an awesome property with 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Kitchen and living area very spacious and the rooftop deck was a great spot to hang put. Very clean and well appointed and central to many of Nashville’s main attractions!

Good place but beware that the bedroom advertised as one king bed and two twin beds is not accurate. None of the bedrooms are big enough for that. And the twin beds are actually roll-away beds that were on completely different floors. Not enough sheets and blankets for 12 people even though we said we’d have that many in the pre check in. We made it work and it’s a nice place, just be aware of this inaccuracy in the listing.

The house was amazing. The quality of the kitchen was very high. The beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop and liquor store. Seems to be a safe neighborhood. 12-15$ Uber to downtown.

Great property!

The reservation process was very easy and Steph was prompt at replying to our last minutes charges for an early check-in and late check-out! The property presented as well as the pictures, no surprises. Walking distance to Broadway, but it may be a tad far for some. Ubers were readily available for those who didn’t want to walk. Highly recommend!

House was very clean. Host was amazing and instantly answers questions. 10 min walk to grocery store and Walgreens. Not the best view right below the rooftop but area is under construction. Nice view of the city though. 10 min Uber ride to downtown. Would stay again.

21st Birthday

Ladies trip for my daughter's 21st birthday. We had an amazing time and plenty of space in the home for all 12 of us. Liqour store and Family dollar with a grocery section 1 block away (2-3 min walk). Each bathroom had large containers of shampoo/conditoner/body wash, qtips and cotton pads. Neighborhood was fine, we felt perfectly safe at all hours. People that we did encounter were very friendly saying hello. Anyone saying its in a sketchy neighborhood must not be familiar with city life. Uber rides were typically $10-$15 to get around. $30 to the airport and $40 to grand ole opry. All these uber rides were for the XL, regular would be cheaper

Bachlorette Party

We celebrated an upcoming bride and the space is co cute and spacious (but be prepared for the stairs (3 stories). There is a club across from the downstairs bedroom so bring a sound machine to cover it up. Overall great trip!
