This upscale 3BR/3.5BA townhouse located in Nashville across the street from Belmont University is a short distance from Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12 South and Vanderbilt University. The Gulch and all that downtown has to offer is 5 minutes away. Built in 2014 this stylish, three level townhouse is newly furnished. This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, a large comfortable sofa, love seat, and marble coffee and side tables. The dining table seats 6 or dine at the black quartzite kitchen island that seats up to 3 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. Upstairs there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has its own desk and a 55" TV and in the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and is also furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located nearby the bottom bedroom just outside the garage entrance. You will find gorgeous, dark wood floors throughout the townhouse and feel right at home with the cozy, modern decor. Outside of the garage is a stone fireplace to warm you up. Private off street garage parking. High speed internet & cable TV. STAIRS between all floors. No elevator.

We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and cameras at the exterior parking area.

Linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of soap, shampoo and paper products.

What a wonderful rental! Great location and so comfortable. Beds, linens, towels, dishes, TV, etc. all top notch. And our hosts went out of their way to welcome us with fresh fruit, coffee/tea, chocolate and wine. The best of Southern hospitality, would definitely stay again!

His house is perfect for 3 couples. All bedrooms are master bedrooms and king beds and and nice furnishing.The living room is spacious and next to dining room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your stay!!! This space also has a bathroom.. The location is great and short uber ride downtown. This is our second stay we will definitely be back next year! Most important thing it is even better than description!!!

Kitchen set up was good. We got cold in the upstairs bedrooms on the last night. But the thermostat was set on 68. I put it on 74 like it was supposed to be on. Beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful townhouse.

Great property in a great location! House was so clean and the welcome basket was so nice! The beds are a DREAM! There are a lot of steps in the home, which could be a potential issue for some people. There are no bedrooms on the main floor so you either have to go up or down stairs to get to a bedroom. Just an FYI if this would affect anyone in your party. The driveway/parking is also tight! Very small cars would have limited problems. My husband has a 4 door short bed pick up truck and he essentially had to make a 100 point turn to turn around and def not room for 2 cars in the back, especially to try and turn around. We made it work, but was not expecting the very tight squeeze to get back there. Other than that, would definitely recommend the home! We had a great time!
