Summary:
Stunning 2 bed/2 bath duplex 1 mile from Historic downtown Franklin. Walking distance to downtown and farmers market on Saturdays at the Factory of Franklin, minutes from Cool Springs, shopping and tons of restaurants.
Home has comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen applances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard.
Home is managed by owner/property management company.

The Space:
One story home with easy access with plenty of parking.

This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.

Up to date kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. 200 MBPS Wifi and Youtube Tv service with digital tv, Comfortable new beds, all linens, towels included. Due to COVID-19 paper products are not guaranteed.

Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a pack n play and highchair available as well for families with babies.

Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in.
Owners of pets take full responsibility for any damage that may occur..

When you book with us, we will send you the code to use during your stay for keyless entry.
We’re local to the home, and avaliable quickly if needed.
Guests have the entire unit, covered patio, & fully fenced in yard. The unit is a condo, it does not share anything with guests in the other unit. Separate entrances, driveways, privacy fenced backyard nothing inside home is shared either. The backyard space is fully fenced with privacy fence.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet little street that sits between Hwy 96 in Franklin and Liberty Pike by the Factory of Franklin.

Getting Around:
We are close to public transit of the Franklin Trolley, also there are cab companies, uber & lyft in the area.

Other Things to Note:
We do have a lawn company that mows the grass for us. Unfortunatly, due to him being a firefighter, we do not have control of what day he comes, but it will not be before 9am.

We are avaliable by direct contact on cell phone or by email.

Great place to stay while visiting the Franklin/Nashville area. Clean and comfortable. Our dog LOVES the fenced in backyard - lots of squirrels and birds to chase! This was our third time staying in this condo. We'll be back in the future!

The house was perfect for our stay! The king bed was very comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. Perfect location for the Pilgrimage festival! It’s a duplex but we never heard anything from those sharing a wall an never heard any street noise. A few small recommendations- new shower heads installed & maybe look at the shower doors because the water does leak. Also extra toilet paper would have been very helpful! Thank you so much!!

This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. We ended up having to pick up several piles of dog waste from previous tenants. Having two bathrooms was great although the water pressure isn't the best and in the smaller bathroom with the tub, it felt like you may fall through because you had to stand in a certain area to get full water pressure. The washing machine is VERY LOUD. When it spins it actually sounds like a jet engine and scared us the first time we used it. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and I ended up having to have my older son sleep in there because I could have fell getting out and had to jump up to get in the bed. The trundle bed was AMAZING! However, the queen bed that is in that room does not have a good mattress and box spring. There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress and even rotating did not fix that so my daughter and I ended up sleeping on the trundle bed instead. One thing to note is that there are great night lights throughout the house and parking is ample. Very easy to get to downtown Franklin and on/off interstate.

Very clean and tidy upon our arrival with ample paper towels, toilet paper etc. there was a small glitch with the front door code/lock but once we got Melissa on line she corrected the issue and we got in quickly. The kitchen had utensils, flatware, pots pans dishes. The house is on a long street therefore cars do speed down it at times but there is a nice fenced backyard. A few things could be updated but nothing that affected our stay more cosmetics. I recommend this property as the location is amazing to downtown’s and the market.

Perfect Location

The house was very clean and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The yard was fenced and well maintained. We spent our mornings out there with our coffee. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious. We really enjoyed the place. It was close to The Factory and downtown. Our host were prompt and answered all of our questions. GREAT LOCATION

Stayed here with my dog (fenced in back yard) for a couple nights while I checked out the area. GREAT location for doing that. Walked in Pinkerton park everyday with my dog. Very comfortable bed, hot shower (had drip issue but host handled it immediately). Very good communication. VERY close to downtown Franklin, parks and the Warehouse shopping area.

Perfect family get away!

Our stay was wonderful! Me and my teenage sons were in town visiting family and this place was perfect! Cozy, nice fenced in back yard, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is stocked with many of the essentials and the beds were amazing!

Wonderful spot in Franklin!

We loved this spot! It was very clean and had a fenced in backyard for our doggo. The communication with the owners was great. The beds were super comfortable, we had everything we needed, and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
