It`s the perfect home base for bachelorettes, birthdays, and group getaways — all the access to downtown, none of the downtown prices. Level One:
The first floor features a one-car garage, a living room with a king-sized sleeper sofa and TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a half bathroom — perfect for grabbing snacks or hosting a pregame before heading downtown. Parking includes one garage spot, one driveway spot, and free street parking out front, so the whole crew has room to pull in.

Level Two:
The second level is the bedroom hub: three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite), and the laundry room. The primary bedroom is your group`s MVP setup — king-sized bed, futon, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds, giving couples and pairs their own space. Every bedroom has a TV, and the washer/dryer (Tide Pods provided) is right on this floor so you can refresh between nights out. Bathroom essentials are stocked and ready.

Level Three:
The third level is where the trip happens. A large lounge with a wet bar, TV, foosball, and games gives the group a place to gather between adventures — and it doubles as flexible sleeping with a king-sized sleeper sofa, a futon, and two twin beds for overflow guests. Sliding doors open onto the rooftop, where you`ll find a putting green, gas grill, gas firepit, ample seating, and skyline views worth every photo.

Stay Essentials:
Free high-speed WiFi throughout. Smart lock entry with a unique code for your stay. Bag drop, early check-in, and late check-out are available on request.

Access & Check-In:
Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked owner`s closet. Before arrival, you`ll receive a four-digit code to enter through our Schlage Encode smart lock. There`s also an on-site lockbox as a backup, plus 24/7 customer support to make sure you`re never locked out.

Your Hosts:
Jake, Maddie, and the Stay Music City team are local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 support by phone or text before, during, and after your stay. Once your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement on behalf of the group.

The Neighborhood:
Just across the Cumberland River from downtown, East Nashville is the stomping ground of the city`s creative class, drawn here by the eclectic vibe, cultural diversity, and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, the neighborhood helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved spots like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland — a reputation it still holds today. Locals fill the dive bars, craft cocktail lounges, coffee shops, and vintage stores scattered throughout the area. A few of our favorites: Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cafe, and Pearl Diver.

Getting Around:
Nashville is an Uber and Lyft-friendly city. Public transit is limited, so we suggest bringing a car or relying on ride-shares. Generally, you`re `10 minutes from everywhere` in Nashville. As with any city, we encourage guests to lock their vehicles and take standard safety precautions wherever they go.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You`ll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

Amazing view of downtown Nashville

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Everything is a quick drive or Uber ride right from the front door to wherever you want to go. The view and overall property is beautiful. Everything went smooth with check in and we were in and out of Nashville way to fast. This place was perfect and we will be back to stay again
