Beautiful house close to downtown

A group of eight college friends, we rented this place because it was beautiful and new and close to sightseeing locations. We had a great experience with this house and would definitely recommend.

Amazing Home Located a Short Uber ride to Broadway!

This past Labor Day weekend, my husband I stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate his 40th birthday. The home was immaculate! Super clean, decor is done to the 9s and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us to stay without feeling like we were on top of each other. Michael was an excellent communicator and was always quick to reply to any questions. There was even a nice welcome gift left for us & our guests which we greatly appreciated. this home is located just a short uber ride away from Broadway and has a few great local joints which we checked out- highly recommend the Rosepper cantina for Mexican nearby! The rooftop patio was by far our favorite spot to hang out and enjoy each other's company. I would highly recommend this place and would def book it again if needed!

Amazing house w/ great location to downtown

The house was perfect - we had 12 people stay - plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms. AC worked amazingly for 98 degree days and the roof deck was nice for hanging out after a night out on the town. Easy $15-20 Uber ride to downtown. Location is not somewhere you'd want to go for a run or walk anytime during the day. Closed Publix or Kroger is approx. 8-10 drive away. This is a A+++ house and Michael was amazing to work with before, during and after the stay! Can't go wrong with this place if you looking for a large group with great location to downtown.

Perfect for Large Groups

This Vrbo was perfect for our 12 person bachelorette gathering! Just a short Uber to most of the Nashville hot spots and plenty of room for everyone to hang out!
