I stayed here for three nights and overall had a good experience. The hotel itself is solid, the room was comfortable, and the bed was genuinely nice, which matters when you are working long hours. The staff was awesome across the board, friendly, helpful, and professional. Parking was also easy and convenient, which I appreciated. The main downside was the noise level. Unfortunately, you can hear everything from the room above. For me, the noise started around 5 AM and lasted until about 11 AM each day. Since I came down for work and typically went to bed around 6 AM, this made it very difficult to get uninterrupted sleep. The sound transfer between rooms was the only real issue and had a noticeable impact on my stay. That said, if you are on a more typical sleep schedule, this may not be a problem. The hotel has a lot going for it, but improved soundproofing or better noise control would significantly elevate the experience.

Rooms were definitely clean. Don't let the word Airport scare you because I didn't hear airplanes at all. Limited food menu but the chicken wings were great. Staff is very friendly

Great hotel. Clean establishment. The hotel bar/restaurant provides decent food options. Hotel has live music a couple nights a week. Front desk staff are pleasant. Free on-site parking. Overall, great experience and stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is ok, approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville. A great perk is the on-site parking, which is the reason I chose this hotel. Upon check-in, I asked if the sheets are changed daily or after each stay and if my room had clean sheets (I noticed hotels are starting to keep dirty sheets on beds and not changing them between customers). The receptionist was polite and stated it was not noted in the special request but she will ensure new sheet are provided the next day. I returned to the front desk the following day for a follow-up. I was told the room would be serviced and housekeeping was informed. My room was not serviced my entire stay, 3 nights. The day of check-out, house keeping was eager to service the room and opened the door while i was in a towel fresh out the shower (the sink area is at the front entrance exposed to the hall). Instead of closing the door quickly, the lady stared at me stating room service, as if I were to let her in. When I just staired at her, she finally closed the door. On the second night I attempted to order a cookie at the bar, which was listed on the menu. The bartender looked at me like I was stupid and said we don't sell cookies here, they are sold at the snack bar/store. I walked away feeling embarrassed based on how he treated me in front of guest. I called the front desk later that evening to double check it warmed cookies are sold at the bar, the desk clerk confirmed they do.
