Nice place, just the right size for two people. Nice view of the river from the balcony. I liked the coffee maker and pods which made for a relaxing morning. About a 20 minute walk to downtown but would not recommend walking after dark. The place and complex felt safe and was very quiet. Several restaurants and bars within two blocks so if you get tired of Broadway, I would recommend Germantown.

Nice layout of the apartment. Balcony was what sold me. Sofa bed not difficult to set up. Appreciated the coffee machine and pods. The one issue is that the furnace/AC filter was filthy and the air set me sneezing.

Adorable little condo!!

Great place to stay near downtown. The place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful private view of the river and the train bridge. The balcony was our favorite spot! Close to downtown and plenty of parking. The parking lot was covered and brightly at nigso we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. Would love to rent agsin sometime!!ht. W

2 weeks in Nashville

We booked this condo for a 2 week stretch as our daughter was having her first child and lived a short walk away. This place definitely fit our needs for 2 weeks. The description is accurate - you can walk to a lot of places people want to go in Nashville. I will say some of the stretches walking to Broadway can be slightly sketchy but just choose a route off of the river front. You can also walk to the Sounds stadium and everything around it. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for more than a couple unless it’s a really short stay. Spaces are small but that works for us. Ample parking too which is not a small thing in this area.
