Do you have a legitimate service dog?

Everything went well with check in. I had advised them that we had a service dog. I wrote it on the booking and showed all documentation. The next morning, I get a very curt call asking if I had a dog in the room. I wish they would have noticed that I had already gone through this the night before, especially since I had shown her training and service documentation. They say service dogs are welcome on the site, but fail to write it down so you get accused of being dishonest the next morning. I had told them about Grace in 3 different ways. I called, wrote to them and face to face when we got there. None of that mattered.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was is poor condition with several areas that needed repairs or additional cleaning. Overall it was quiet and safe so that part was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
