My room was perfect! Comfy, clean, quiet, and it seemed to be upgraded because furnishing look new NICE!!! Not much in the area though so I needed to take a short drive for food, shops, entertainment, etc. But its perfect to stay near airport & very convenient airport shuttle.

This hotel is ok if travelling alone and busy all day outside in Nashville. The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms have not been renovated. The pool only opens in May.

Room had dirty like sticky juice all over counter and cups so told front desk. Didn’t seem to care much said sorry and I could grab cups from water station. It’s not their fault but they could pretend they cared since they work in customer service.

The breakfast was nice, although a bit limited with some options some days. The staff was kind, although i got housekeeping visits at least once a day when I was informed I'd be receiving housekeeping visits only on the 3rd day unless requested. And the staff did not properly inform me of key card care, and me and my friend had to get it reloaded with my room number key 3 different times before they told us not to store it with electronics.

No finding the airport shuttle was absolutely terrible. The walk from baggage claim to the shuttle was just horrific. After a long international flight to have to walk over a block long with luggage cart and being a senior was a game changer. No more. Staff at the Baymont was so rude and facility had so many broken issues. No more Baymont especially in Nashville.

Well, there was something hanging on the back of the bathroom door, couldn’t tell if it was men’s underwear or shorts. Corners need cleaned also. Didn’t touch them. Every time I moved in bed something like metal would clank. But for the price, I guess you get what you pay for…Also, get a pressure washer and wash the stair wells.
