The shower in the room didn’t work and only had bath option. The front desk clerk disappeared and just left keys on desk without explaining where the room was or giving any information including the room number.

The room was clean but it was supposed to be non smoking and smelled of smoke and very strong disinfectant. The disinfectant was overpowering and gave me a headache. The breakfast was very poor. All preheat stuff.
