Will never stay here again. Staff was talking to someone on the phone and on speaker phone while I was checking in. The only reason why I chose this hotel is because we’ve stayed at a Best Western one time and it was an amazing experience. Had a few hairs here and there in the bedroom and bathroom. Facilities don’t look clean or well maintained. One other staff opened the side door for us as we were struggling with our luggages and that was the best part. He was the nicest part of this hotel.

This hotel was clean and everyone was nice. The desk clerk was beneficial and super friendly. I asked for extra towels and he gave them to me. Our room was great and we had no issues. ***** 5 stars!
