12 private acres just 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, with a 6-person hot tub, wraparound deck, custom pub with full bar, darts, Ivy wall, neon signs, TV, high tops & whiskey barrel karaoke!
Four bedrooms plus a loft area (doubles as 5th bedroom), 3.5 bathrooms - sleep up to 16 across three floors.
Gas & wood burning fire pits, cornhole, basketball & The Honky Tonk Games & Music Barn make this the house sports teams, family reunions, golf trips, bachelor or bachelorette groups fight over.
This is a 1970s cabin, stunningly remodeled in 2026, spread across three levels connected by a spiral staircase. There are steps up to the main level, so worth knowing if anyone in your group has mobility needs.
Main level:
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, full sleeper sofa, a roll-away twin bed, TV, plus a walk-in closet, private balcony, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanities.
The main living room has vaulted ceilings, a decorative stone fireplace (not for lighting - display only), a smart TV, a record player, and a circular card table for 6 that doubles as extra dining space (lift the topper off before eating there).
A fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee station and plenty of pots and pans etc to prep a home cooked meal.
A dining area with table seating for 8.
Step straight out to the wraparound deck, which seats 16 for dinner, has lounge chairs for relaxing, a gas grill for your BBQ needs, provides access down to the lower patio lounge & Hot Tub area, and overlooks the barn and woods to enjoy the great outdoors.
Second floor:
Bedroom 2 has a king bed, its own balcony, a roll-away twin bed and a TV.
The Loft area functions as a fifth bedroom with a king sleeper sofa - retractable curtains let it close off from the living room below at night.
The loft and Bedroom 2 share a full bath with a tub/shower combo and each have a closet.
Basement level:
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a TV and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 `The bunk room` has three bunk beds sleeping six on twin mattresses, with its own walkout to the backyard. It has a Jack `n` Jill bathroom access and a TV.
This floor is also home to the Pub: A full bar with six barstools, a sink, drinks fridge, big-screen TV for game day, dartboard, guitars, a whiskey barrel karaoke setup, an electric fireplace, multiple high tops with bar stools, lounge chairs and a neon-lit ivy wall.
Walk out from the Pub to the lower patio which features two hanging chairs, a 6-person hot tub, a gas fire pit with lounge seating for 9, and a tote of outdoor games for all to enjoy (please put all the toys, balls and equipment back in here after use).
Grounds:
A wood-burning fire pit ringed by Adirondack chairs, a mural built for group photos, cornhole, horseshoes, a basketball net, and the Honky Tonk Barn itself!
The Honky Tonk Barn is as it sounds. This space is not heated or cooled, but is a great place to hang out. Strung with cafe lights from the rafters, with its own hay bale karaoke stage, beer pong table, bar ledges around the perimeter and space to play cornhole or sit around and enjoy evening banter together.
All less than 30 minutes from the real Honky Tonks on Broadway.
**Access**
Guests have full access to the entire property - house, barn, and grounds for the length of their stay. No shared spaces with other guests or the host.
**Location**
Tucked into 12 wooded acres north of the city, Honky Tonk Ridge feels fully secluded while sitting less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville - close enough for a night out on Broadway, far enough that you’ll hear crickets instead of traffic!
We are also close to Old Hickory Lake, which is a wonderful place to fish, rent water sports equipment, enjoy live music at marinas or visit state parks.
**Important Notes**
- The stone fireplace in the living room is decorative only - please don’t attempt to light it.
- The Honky Tonk Barn isn’t heated or cooled, so it’s best enjoyed in fair weather. We do keep a few fans and heaters there, but they aren`t designed to feel like a conditioned space.
- Remove the card table topper before eating on the games table.
- Please carry any guitars, cups, or glasses back to the house if you have used them in the Honky Tonk Barn.
- Bag all trash before it goes in the outdoor receptacles - it keeps the local raccoon population honest.
- Monthly pest control is in place which is great, but spiders and cobwebs throughout the barn and exteriors of the home are part of life in the woods, so please expect Mother Nature to visit during your stay.
- Winter guests should know the driveway is steep and can become impassable during snow or ice. We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance covering weather-related cancellations for winter bookings.
- Max 16 guests, max 6 vehicles.
Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we look forward to hosting you.
