The Space:

The whole place is set up for a bachelorette crew — pink walls, neon signs, swing chairs, and a full lighted glam vanity so everyone can get ready at the same time. It's built to photograph well from every angle.

It sleeps 6: bunk beds plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, so the group stays under one roof and splits the cost. The kitchen is stocked with the basics — pots, pans, and what you need to make a meal or mix drinks before going out. There are smart TVs to log into your own streaming accounts.

One bathroom, paired with the big glam station so a group can get ready on schedule without a bottleneck.

Things to know

Parking: plenty of open parking right in front of the unit. No assigned spots, so take whichever is easiest.

Entry: the door uses an e-lock with a unique code that's reset after each stay. You'll get your code before check-in.

Early check-in from 2 PM and late checkout until 12 PM are available when the calendar allows — just ask.



Guest Access:

Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenities offered at our complex.You'll have the entire place to yourselves, plus access to the building's shared amenities.

The complex has a pool, a fitness room, and a shared laundry room, all available during your stay. Parking is right out front, with open spots you can use anytime.

The unit itself is fully yours start to finish, with nothing off-limits inside. I'm reachable by message if anything comes up, but otherwise the place is your own.



The Neighborhood:

You're right downtown on the Cumberland River, which puts you close to everything without paying downtown-hotel prices. Broadway and the honky-tonks are about a mile away — a quick rideshare when you're heading out for the night, or a 15-to-20-minute walk if the weather's good.

This is the heart of it: Broadway's bars and live music, Bridgestone Arena, and the Ascend Amphitheater are all a short ride away. First Horizon Park is a few blocks if anyone wants a Sounds game, and Germantown — just north — has some of the city's best brunch spots for the morning after.

When you want a break from the crowds, the building sits right on the river, so you can step out to the water without going anywhere.

Best for a group here to be in the middle of the action: out on Broadway at night, brunch and the pool by day.



Getting Around:

Most of your weekend is a short rideshare away, and downtown is where Uber and Lyft are easiest to catch — usually just a couple of minutes out. That's the move for Broadway at night so nobody in the group has to drive or find parking.

Broadway is about a mile away, walkable in 15–20 minutes if the weather's nice and everyone's up for it, but a ride is the easy call when you're dressed for the night. If you drive in, there's free parking right out front, which is rare this close to downtown.

For getting between bars and shows, a lot of groups use the pedal taverns, party buses, or golf-cart rides that run all over downtown — easy to book once you're here.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about a 15-minute drive, and rideshares from the airport are simple for a group with luggage.



Other Things to Note:

** The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season

** Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require a key card to enter

** The key card will be hanging by the front door

** Pool is open from April to October

** Free covered parking on the premises

** We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the riverbank, and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray

** The complex does have a fire pit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane

**Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mailboxes are locked by owners!



We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!



Decorations are not permitted. Please do not decorate the property or attach any items to the walls, ceilings, doors, windows, or furniture. Any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from decorations may incur additional charges.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
