Loved everything, except if your staying there you should be able to park for free. Your current rate is crazy especially when your spending so much money to stay there.

It was pretty pricey with no normal hotel amenities such as breakfast or at least free coffee in the morning. There were also no waiters in the restaurant. You had to go up to the bar to get drinks or order food.

Great Location to Broadway

Fabulous location. Comfy beds. Lovely hotel staff and great bands playing in the bar every night. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was amazing, there is a gentleman that works in the parking garage area and he greeted everyday in and out of the hotel with water bottles! Food and musicians were unbelievable in the hotel restaurant and bar. The room was extremely clean and housekeeping was just amazing.

This hotel was awful!! Customer service is the worst. Stole $500 and made us move to a less hotel promising we would get full refund. Guess what. Lies!!! And the other hotel was much worse!!!

Nice hotel within walking distance to downtown & The Gulch. My only complaint was our room wasn’t ready at 5 pm. Although they were sorry for the inconvenience and gave us free drink tickets.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor throughout the bathroom. There were brown splatter stains on the wall in the bathroom as well. Periodically during our stay there would be this sour drain sewage smell that would be in the room as well. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay, perfect location for walking and partying on Broadway. Very clean and safe. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again next time to Nashville.

Great hotel, good value and location.

We selected the hotel for its convenient location, value and reviews. We were not disappointed. The only negative is the "lighting" of the room. The bathroom in particular was dark. There was not an overhead light and the LED mirror was not bright enough to apply the appropriate amount of makeup.
