Charming 3-bedroom East Nashville Home

Charming ENTIRE home in hip East Nashville. Cute and freshly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths with a spacious master suite. Stay in an area that has quickly become one of Nashville's hottest neighborhoods. Full of amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, East Nashville is the "It" spot. With easy access to the interstate, downtown Nashville & Broadway is only 10 minutes away and Nashville Int'l Airport is a mere 15 minute drive.

The space
This newly renovated and cozy home has three bedrooms & two whole baths. The master suite has two queen size beds and plenty of space (please note that the third bedroom is a 'walkthrough' room between the main living area and the master suite). There is also a large couch and air mattress available for extra sleeping arrangements in the living room, if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to a dedicated dinning room that can also double as a remote office or workspace. The living room is spacious with plenty of sunlight and is the perfect spot to entertain. Please note that the entire main level of the house is yours during the stay, however there is a loft apartment on the second floor of the house that is a separated owner’s quarters.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Grand Ole Opry. The vacation home includes amenities such as 2 bathrooms and a Smart TV.

Just a little trip to Nashville

We came to visit some family and experience Nashville. We are so glad we decide to rent the charming little house on VRBO. It ended up being more than enough room for just the 2 of us - we were originally 3. But were so glad to have had the room to spread out. We were able to invite our cousin over for a meal and play games.The place was very clean and quaint. Perfect location! I don't think we were more than 15 minutes from any place we visited. The only thing we wished had been readily available was a washer/dryer because we had some downtime the evening before we left... although we weren't motivated enough to go to the coin laundry that was very close by, so that's on us!
