Semi-satisfied

The room was clean. The only things I could say were minor. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower was awesome. Pressure was on point and plenty of hot water. I will say the continental breakfast was weak. No donuts or pastries or fresh fruit. No eggs, bacon or sausage even biscuits and gravy. The staff was exemplary.

AMPHITHEATER & Hotel A+

Your hotel was beautiful was beautiful and so very clean and comfortable! We would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel near Franklin Tenn and that might need a place to stay while going to the Amphitheater at the Quarry. That is a beautiful venue.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Franklin. It’s in such a quiet area and everyone is so nice! The hotel is always clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nice place to stay

We had room 113 and it seemed a little humid in the room. Also when we first arrived and turned the corner from the front desk it smelled like animal pee. They allows animals at this hotel. The next morning though it did not smell any longer.
