We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 South. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have a seat for you on our balcony overlooking all of the action on 12th Ave South. You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.
