It was a decent room, in decent condition. There were only two drawers to put your clothes into one was missing the handle which made it difficult to use. (BTW the handle was in the drawer). I was quite impressed with the breakfast.

Rooms were clean I didn’t know housekeeping came into the room While I was still staying without us being there we still had another night breakfast was okay it would have been nice to eat in the room especially if you have someone elderly that can’t walk as far a to have some more meat included in breakfast perhaps bacon instead of sausages that looked to white and not fully cooked

Motel room smelled like mold, sheets had hair on them and faild the black light test for being cleaned. Turned on the heater out came the cockroaches. Was told All bookings and payments final . No refunds , dont like the room you can leave . We did . Dont stay or book with them .

Breakfast was great. It doesn’t take much to make customers happy! There’s a chef who makes omelets. The massage chairs are free. Free little chocolates at reception. Free coffee all day. The owners put effort to make it a comfortable stay for their guests. Location was 17 min walk to Nashville Broadway. Rooms were clean. Great spot!

A large roach was in our room. We killed it took picture brought it to the front desk and they proceeded to tell us to check out by 11am. No apologies, no credits from comfort inn no choice to change rooms. Very rude, very little customer service. We were extremely disappointed and shocked at the way we were treated by both Comfort inn and Expedia
