We Had an excellent Experience here! So convenient to the Cool Spring Mall! We walk there 7 times during our 2 day stay! Great Restaurant and stores! We will definitely stay here again for our next Cheer Comp in the spring! The staff was very nice! And the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable!

Bath tub spigot was very very loose Lighting in room was dim. Had to remove lamp shades to read. Bar in bathroom meant to stabilize entry/exit from tub/shower located next to toilet thus inadequate room to use it for its intended purpose. Breakfast area very very crowded. Poorly planned. Shower head also loose making it hard to adjust shower head. Also tv should be in front of the sofa so not watching it at an angle

Everything looked well maintained and all including room was very nice. A very large 2 room accomodations, with sitting room/ extra sleeping area with TV along with one also in bedroom area. Small Frig and microwave and large clean bathroom. Heated Pool, exercise room, media room. Breakfast included. Plan on staying again with rates thru Expedia. I could have stayed at a hotel with less benefits at the same price but happy I stayed here. Also very quite and very close to Restaurants and Franklin Malls and Historical Sites.

Eggs were reheated over and over each day Sausages were very greasy from continually being reheated! Harley Davidson shop all day long very noisy!! Had to leave 2 days early of our booked 4 day vac because we both contracted the flu and had to go to the ER ! They told us to go home ASAP to recover!
