Smell of the rooms and hotel were horrendous, housekeeping never cleaned the room even after asking. Then to top it all off someone hit the fire alarm at 6am the morning of checking out which woke the entire hotel up in a panic. I will never stay at this hotel or any of their properties again. First and last time, do not recommend.

Our first room was clean but the AC wasn’t working, so they kindly moved us to another room. This room was mostly clean with the exception of hair in the shower and around the sink. The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed cold all night. Their breakfast needed some serious help. Eggs were overcooked, potatoes were greasy, and there was zero meat as there typically is with a full breakfast at hotels. Their lobby was dirty and needed a serious mopping. Parking is limited, so getting there after 8pm caused us to park in an overflow lot at a business next door. Good place to stay for an overnighter, but the price could have been better to reflect the issues mentioned.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the parking lot was well lit and felt safe, but the rooms have horrible noise pollution from everywhere. We could not sleep because the room, hallway and exit doors slam so insanely hard that it shakes the beds and the walls, every single time. The parking lot noise comes in as if the windows are open. Conversations we heard, the garbage truck came at 9pm on a Sunday. It was awful. At midnight we finally asked to be moved to the top floor away from hallway and exit doors, and were able to sleep for more than 2 hour intervals, but instead of checking out at 3am as planned, we had to delay to 6am to get some sleep. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper.

This was just an average, bare bones, basic hotel without a lot of perks. Parking was pretty limited and it would have been nice to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The desk chair in our friend’s room was broken and the walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbor’s tv. The staff were friendly and helpful. I think I would look further before booking again.
