Good location. However, i was initially assigned to a room which turned out to be dirty. They didn't clean up after the previous occupant left. Dirty towels on the floor and dirty bedding apart. I went back to reception and she apologized and changed room. I asked her to check if that room was cleaned. She came back and said no. So, she changed it again (third time). Breakfast was very average.

It was mostly clean. The walls in the bathroom was dirty. When you showered the whole floor got soaked because there was no liner. And it was supposed to have 2 queen beds and they definitely were not queen size beds. Check in was easy, staff was nice. My deposit was not refunded within a few hours of checking out like I was told it would be. Also, definitely needs more parking spots

It’s always a nice stay at this comfort suites. I hate that the prices recently went up but I knew it wouldn’t stay at the low rate for long. I travel for work so I use to stay there often. Very clean hotel and very convenient location to highway 40. Staff is great!

Here’s a clearer and more professionally written version of your message: ⸻ We stayed for four nights and, despite making two requests, we did not receive any room service. When we asked about it, the manager explained that only guests staying seven nights or more automatically receive housekeeping—without needing to request it. That policy doesn’t make sense to us, especially since we did request service. We asked at least to have the bed made and the bathroom cleaned, but instead, they only dropped off towels and left. Meanwhile, we noticed the room next to ours was cleaned on two consecutive days, which made us wonder why we were treated differently. Unfortunately, no clear explanation was provided. Overall, we are very disappointed with the service and do not appreciate the way we were treated.
