The pool was not clear. The floor in the pool area needed to be cleaned. The pool was small. It only goes from 3 ft to 4 ft. The staff was not friendly. The guy that checked me in made me feel like I was bothering him. The fire alarm went off twice and was told someone was taking a hot shower with the bathroom door open. The breakfast was ok. The hotel was clean, and the bed were okay.

Great place for casual stays. Room was extremely clean and bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast each day was very good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall this property is very well managed. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and newer facility at a great price away from the crowds but close enough to the Nashville action. Hot breakfast with sausage eggs and biscuits included. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night to rest and it was amazing. Service was extremely nice and check in process was quick. The bed felt so soft that I fell right to sleep. There was free breakfast offered but I didn’t make it downstairs in time. I would definitely stay there again.

Best hotel stay ever!

Absolutely clean and comfortable to stay in. I was traveling alone with my toddler and they made check in east breezy. I will definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

The 100 extra fee is WAY hidden in the details. Most don’t find out until they check in. We witness many people check in that didn’t know. This needs to be in bold print so people know ahead of time. Nice strategy though

This is a new 2 star hotel. It has a bathtub instead of a shower. The bathroom fixtures are cheap. I stayed on the second floor, room 222. My window faced the parking lot. The walls are paper-thin, so I heard noise from rooms on both sides, which was unpleasant. There was no in-room safe, though there was a bible. You get exactly what you pay for. The rooms are clean—the hotel is new, after all. But it is definitely a two-star property.

Freezing pool

Stayed for a weekend football tournament. Specifically wanted a heated indoor pool and breakfasts. I called the property to double check. Once we arrived and was leaving to go to the pool realized by door didn’t shut completely unless someone form the inside locked it . We had to move rooms. Arrived to the pool and it was ice cold, freezing couldn’t get in. The breakfast wasn’t the best either. Beds were comfortable. Disappointed in the pool

New place to stay when you're near Franklin TN

A brand new hotel, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunate, we could not get the TV audio to work! The new styled remote control didn't work, but since I'm hearing challenged I'm already used to using closed caption. My wife not so much!
