The room was so clean and smelled great. The bed was great. The staff were amazing. This place is a little gem. Little touches like the magnifying mirror and the night light in the bathroom! Felt so comfortable.

Went to Nashville to visit our son. Enjoyed our stay at Country Inn & Suites. Hotel was clean, front desk was helpful, and we enjoyed having breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The water temperature in two of the three rooms they put us in was scalding hot. When reported this the maintenance person said the valve was backwards and could not be fixed right away and that they were doing sheet and bedding so that might be the cause. Either way it was not acceptable and we had to add ice to our toddlers bath.

A bar of soap was left in the shower. When the room next door door showered you heard like a whistling. The shower went cold once and never held it's temperature. Other than that it was the night life I wanted and there's a late late night pizza place next door, think dominoes but a level up.
