The kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and wine-ware. A large center island with 4 barstools makes it the natural gathering spot for meals or trip planning. You’ll also have WiFi and a laptop-friendly place to work if you need to check in with the office.



Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard featuring an outdoor sectional and additional seating—great for morning coffee or unwinding at night. A private washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer stays.

• Neighborhood: Located in Salemtown—about 1.6 miles to the heart of downtown and under a mile to Germantown restaurants and cafes.

• Parks and family-friendly spots: Within minutes of Morgan Park, Frankie Pierce Park, the Cumberland River Greenway, First Horizon Park (seasonal), and the Tennessee State Museum (free admission).

• Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home. Thanks for understanding.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

This property is great; the house is clean and nice. It's in a safe area and has ample parking because it's on a corner lot. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive whenever I had a question.
