Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Free private parking is available on-site. We have 4 nearly identical units in the same building. We have furnished and decorated them nearly identical, so the photos you see may actually pertain to another unit but are representative of each unit (this is a second-floor unit).

Host communicated quickly. Rental was as expected. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had supplies to cook our Thanksgiving meal, plenty of towels for showers and a fun basket of snacks. Lots of parking and the felt safe. There was a lot of street noise as it sits on a busy street so maybe request one of the units in the back.We will would stay again.

Overall, this was a good stay. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. Microwave was not clean, cobwebs in light fixtures, and other areas that needed attention. The WiFi went out and was not able to be fixed quickly. However, the host communicated well regarding the matter and apologized for the inconvenience.
