Never in my life did i ever go anywhere and they charge a fee for a room that was already ready and made a family wait until check in time to check in if they didnt want to pay the fee. They must be a broke failing hotel. We driven a long ways with a pup and you make us wait until 2:30 to check in. We showed up a little after 1pm. Check out was at 11am. So your telling me 2 hrs went by after check out and not one room is ready? She also claimed to have been sold out the night before which was a lie but i was not trying to argue with her. She also said they would call us as soon as the room is ready. No call. So when we went back in at 2:30, all of a sudden oh your room is ready. Okay so where was our call? But whatever.
Ive never had to say this in my many years of travel or staying at a days inn is "you get what you pay for"? I have to laugh saying that because ive paid this price for better looking and smelling properties (the room had a smell good thing i travel with my own cleaning supplies) with better Breakfast for this same rate i paid here.
Never will i book at this property again when we come back through Tennessee. Nor would i recommend it.
