14/15 11:58 pm for tomorrow 12:00 am machine number 15/16 error ticket should have waited 3 pm hotel ... wrote return or exchange for 14/15 does not accept ... I will not order again, this is a company ... I have already lost the ticket twice, the last guide and today We’re following up on your request for us to cancel your booking and to reach out to Town Inn and ask if they could issue a refund. Unfortunately though, we just called the Town Inn to make the case for your refund. We pushed for flexibility, but since your booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their policy and won’t issue a refund. They confirmed that you were able to used the the reservation last night. We know this is disappointing. We always advocate for more flexibility for our travelers, but properties have strict cancellation policies and there's nothing more we can do. Please reach out if you have any additional questions — we're sorry you've had a frustrating experience, and that we can't help more in this case.

Room was dirty. They had a switch the room because the first room was never cleaned after they switched the room. The room smelled, and there was no breakfast in the morning. The eggs were gone. The only thing that you could choose from was biscuits and gravy, which was terrible. I ate an apple no orange juice no apple juice.

Well its continental breakfast not really my thing but cracker barrell is across the street and other ameneties are close by the room was fine as the ac worked fine staff kept room clean for the week we were there id stay there again

Room was decent, huge bathtub in deluxe room but the shower is in the tub. Cleanliness was average, a few things in the room could be fixed like the fridge that doesn't shut right, or the missing trim and such.. Small things. However the oddest thing is checkout is at 11 and at 9am they had the kids of the family that owns the hotel knocking on my door asking if we were leaving soon. After that there was another knock at 9:30am from a woman that works there asking if we were ready to check out. I feel like if you pay for a room, unless you're late checking out, they shouldn't bother you.

Didn’t get the original room i booked for. I was told once i got there the room had a leak. That was very disappointing. And the elevator was broken. But the replacement room was decent. It was very spacious and clean. Would book again.

The best part about the property was the receptionist. Cheerful, helpful, supportive. The problems - elevator not working, pool closed, room reserved not available, amenities in room listed not all there.

Just OK!

Pool was closed-even though temperatures were in the 90s. Breakfast was fair. ( eggs and two cereal choices) Parking was great! Location was perfect! Ceiling ( as you walked in) had water damage. Shower had a few little black mold spots on a trim piece.
