Large farmhouse with small pool (May to October, $100 fee), one mile from the Natchez Trace and 5 miles from Franklin and Leipers Fork. 20 miles from Downtown Nashville. Three bedrooms are along one hallway (1 with pvt bath; two with shared bath). Largest bedroom is on other side of house. Large kitchen and living room. Base price is for 6. $50/person/nite addl

The Space:
House with three adjscent bedrooms on first floor: Jack and Jill rooms with common bathroom; and another room with en-site bathroom. Upstairs is one large bedroom with queen beds and separate kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Large living room, full kitchen, and outside porches. Small in-ground pool. Large back yard with walk to exploration creek. Organic farm next door.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all rooms and porches/ pool. Guests may not use garage.
