Wade Ave is ready for you! This house was beautifully designed by our professional interior designer giving you luxurious vibes all around. Make yourself at home in our spacious 2,900 sq ft home featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 full/2 half baths that sleeps up to 12 people! Our gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make an amazing homemade meal. Wade Ave is just minutes away from the Gulch and 2 miles from Broadway! Just a short Uber ride downtown!

The space
The spacious house includes 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, an amazing outdoor patio, & a rooftop deck overlooking the street. With 2,900 sq ft, our space sleeps up to 12 people comfortably on our amazing Zinus mattresses and 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, dining, and entertaining. Brand new stainless steel appliances all throughout.

3 free parking spots are available in front of house! You will be provided with a code to get into the house for easy access. No fuss with keys!

The house easily accomidated 4 sets of married couples! Each couple got their own bathroom. There are stairs, but welcome to Nashville there are stairs everywhere! The location was in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. Loan was an amazing host and check in was made simple and easy! We would definitely book this property again!
