We really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel is in a great, safe location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean, the property well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value as well - we will return to this hotel on our next visit to the Nashville area.

The property was very nice and convenient to many eating establishments and shopping. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and each morning there’s a free breakfast offered to guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

After the first 2 night, I found out the door to the room was not locking when we left. After I brought to the GM attention, she upgraded us to a different room immediately. Staff is top notch, definitely recommend staying here. Traffic a little congested, but we will be back again.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall!
