The staff were great, the room was clean but smelled musty. The sink drain was clogged and the toilet was hard to flush. The breakfast was great. Shuttle to and from the airport is a huge plus.

This hotel has Shuttle Service to and from the airport, which is why I booked it. You can leave your car at their hotel for a fee and they will pick you back up from the airport to retrieve your car. I think this is an older hotel. It seemed that way to me. The hallways and elevator carpets looked dated and needed to be vacuumed. However, the next morning, I did see a person vacuuming these areas. I did not have breakfast just coffee. Overall all staff and service was good. Agree with the rating. I think because the property is so close to the airport. It is a very high volume hotel.

Room was very clean. The only thing that needed attention was both the sink and shower did not drain well at all. After a 10-minute shower I was standing in 2 inches of water.

The room was great and front desk worker was friendly when checking in. Only problem I had was when we got back from our trip, we needed the shuttle to get back to our car from the airport and we could not get in touch with the driver. I called the front desk and explained and they said they would transfer me to the driver which just ended with a dial tone. We waited awhile for the shuttle anyways and never saw it. It was 30/40 degrees outside so waiting a long time was not going to work so we ended up having to spend extra money in getting an uber just to go less than 2 miles up the road.

There was always someone at the desk. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious. The sausage and seasoned potatoes were so good, and I usually don't see those items at the Hotel breakfast bar.
