Shower didn’t work right. Got the front desk know that, they told me they fixed it - they didn’t. Tried calling the front desk many times after returning to the room with no answer finally went down and got the opportunity to hear “I wasn’t the only guest and it was only her”. Left and came back at the evening still hasn’t been fixed. Went again to the front desk told them this- only after the front desk lady stood at my shower for 10 minutes making sure it is not working ok that I got the opportunity to change room. Thanks

Nice hotel and property. However, all (phone customer service, security, and front desk) staff members I encountered were super rude which really dampened my stay…..literally from Check in to check out. Rude was a consistent trend.
