The shower floor was slippery. Also upon checking in, we were told that we were not registered. We were shown as guests for the next day. Although I spoke to an Expedia virtual assistant who told me that an error was made &correctedwe were still charged for Feb 20 & Feb 21. No manager is available on weekends. We only stayed Feb 20. Help us RESOLVE this issue.

Stayed at this hotel in the past and it was always a good experience. Arrived in late January after the winter storm. I know it was a bad storm but there was NO excuse for the condition of the parking lot. There was at least 2 inches of ice!!! Very dangerous. There are other hotels nearby and none of their parking lots were that bad. I know of one person that fell and I'm sure there were more. The room was clean but the heat was a nightmare. Just as the room got comfortable, the air conditioning kicked on!!! Last but not least, the TV was a joke. I have stayed in many hotels and could figure out the TV and remote in 5 minutes of less. Not so here. Took at least 30 minutes. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We will never stay here again.
