Staff was amazing, our power went out in our room (due to no fault of the staff) and they immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a suite. They were so kind and extremely helpful. We will stay again if we are in the area!

I didn’t have the breakfast or use the shuttle. The room for the most part was decent the toilet and bathroom sink kept stopping up and had to ask the front office for a plunger. My main issue was all the changes made at the hotel. I’ve stayed in this hotel 2 other times and for this reason this time I had to pay for parking, couldn’t pay cash even though I was told over the phone that I could I just needed to keep a card on file to book, and also the deposit fee went up. When asked about all the issues I stated the lady checking me in was trying to gaslight me into thinking I didn’t know what I was talking about as if these aren’t new changes. I want be returning to this hotel.
