The Hotel was comfy just some minor setbacks that threw me off like the phone didn't work to call the front desk for special needs , no place to hang your towel after using it to dry off with and no option that show if you are wanting to purchase any packaging it should be a pop up or something.

We arrived late at night and the lobby was locked, which is great but we had to stand outside for 10 minutes until the front desk agent appeared. The Agent appeared to be annoyed with us. Everything else was great. Hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great.

Pro: The breakfast options were very good and the food was tasty. The staff was all very kind and everyone seemed helpful. Con: the parking is a total scam. It’s advertised as $50, but there’s a $20 “destination fee” on top of it. Nowhere in the pricing does it mention this fee. I ended up paying $78 for parking after taxes and added fees. The elevators are also a disaster. They stop at almost every floor, so if you stay at the top you have to visit all 14 floors. It will stop at these floors and no one will be there to get on. The whole ordeal takes about 5 minutes, and it happened each time.
