Friendly staff, modern decor and close to the main strip. Used the e bikes to get around and figured out you want to pay for the day on those. We enjoyed our time and were very comfortable and felt safe.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean. The only thing that we would complain about is there seemed to be no air conditioning downstairs in the restaurant and lobby and made eating breakfast uncomfortable. We weren’t able to sit in lobby either because it was just uncomfortable temperature wise.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Fraye such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly to guests. Hotel Fraye was very clean and the King Bed Suite was the room of choice for me, and it was amazing comfortable bed and pretty view w/floor to ceiling windows. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I wanted to stay nearby downtown Nashville!

Great property at a great location. The room itself was lovely. Pool service was understaffed so the single person staffing it was overwhelmed. She did her best, but everyone was waiting a long time for drinks and food. The other night I wanted to eat there, but it was closed for a staff reception. Would have been nice to have been told in advanced the full hotel was not available. Given the high price point, I probably won't stay again as there are many other options.
