Beautiful hotel, great location. My room felt very dark, not a lot of light except for two VERY bright fluorescent lights that were so harsh. Consider changing that, otherwise, quite delightful.

Cool design but they lack professional service. Waited 40 min for Valet - poor staffing. Dry cleaning took 2 days to return. They text you to identify issues but then do not follow thru or text. Breakfast staff and food are exceptional! Clean rooms.
