Le quartier est super. À côté du campus de l'université. Beaucoup de petits "gems" autour que ça soit des Trift Shops, des petites salles de spectacles ou des restaurants. Moins touristique que le centre-ville, même si celui-ci est accessible à environ 30 minutes de marche.

Great location to walk to Vanderbilt. Enjoyed breakfast & the room. Parking seems a bit high at $38 per night But it's attached to hotel. Elevator requires room key to reach guest floors. Hotel was very clean... other than a pile of fries that were left on the hall carpet for 2 days. Would stay again!

In general, the hotel was clean and quiet (during sleeping hours). The H Bar needs some improvements to keep up with more than a few guests (more staff) and the photos around the hotel that promote the bar depict food options that are quite inviting...however the food that is served is much less delectable. If you're looking for luxury you will need to go further down tge street and pay MUCH more... however if you just need a quiet, clean, sufficient accommodation then the Hyatt House is just fine.
