The property was excellent. The guy working at the bar/restaurant was super friendly and helpful. The man who delivered our food was as sweet as could be. The front desk woman who checked us in could not have cared less that we were there, ignored us while chatting with another employee and didn’t show one bit of friendliness at all. (And we ARE friendly, nice people, easy to please etc..)

Walkable to Broadway. Conveniently located to so many places. The breakfast was nicer than most, with assortment of healthy options! Rooms were clean. Nicer microwave and refrigeration for leftovers! What I didn't like were all the problems we had with our key cards. Daily!

Enjoyed my stay here very much! Less then a 10 minute walk right to broadway and plenty of things in the area to do!! Breakfast had a variety of choices and the staff were very kind and helpful the entire time!! Would stay the next time I’m in Nashville for sure !

Great stay

Great location with only a couple of blocks from Broadway. The hotel was very clean. The only problem that I had was the website said the rooms had a refrigerator/freezer. This is in correct. Only had a small refrigerator. I needed a freezer.

Hi. I rented a room for my boyfriend and I for Thursday 7/31 under my reservation name and ID. The next morning my boyfriend went downstairs to get us some breakfast and forgot his room key. The front desk staff would not let him back in or let him contact me while also calling the cops on him for trespassing meanwhile I was not with him to accommodate or prove to them he was with me. Terrible customer service, ruined the majority of our supposedly relaxing vacation.

Beautiful room/suite with a very comfy bed. Had free wifi, free continental breakfast, great staff and even left a little goodie/snack bag in our room. On top of all that, we were just a couple blocks away from Broadway.
