Great location, with ample amounts of beds and space for our group. We were doing educational tours and events through the 2 days, and really only slept at house. Never cooked food there, just rested and did some laundry.

The place was spacious and in a great location close to Broadway, Geodis Park, and other Nashville attractions. There was a small mix-up with the cleaners, but the host responded quickly and worked around our schedule to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I would give zero stars if I could on this property. Do not let the pictures fool you. The property was not clean (garbage, stains, dirt, unvacuumed, spilled substances). There was also one of the beds broken and no towels for all the guests. We had to leave the property and go find another place to stay since it was so bad and smelled. If you like a dirty frat house, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, do not stay here in these unclean conditions.Additionally, I spent many hours on hold with VRBO in order to get response to my concerns.

Blake was very pleasant to work with and the house was very nice at first glance but once you got a good look, house was not very clean. Floors were dirty, shower curtain liner was moldy, bathrooms need a good cleaning and many repairs need to be made around the house.
