Really enjoyed having an apartment instead of a hotel room. Wish the bedrooms had a tv. Unfortunately, our dryer didn’t work as I planned on washing & bringing clean clothes home. That was my only complaint. I’d stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The space was very clean, modern, and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The layout is practical and spacious, with plenty of natural light that gives the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and main roads, yet still quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked perfectly. I also appreciated how comfortable the bed was, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The kitchen was equipped and the unit was nice. The only down side, was that we were only able to use one shower out of two because the shower knob was broken prior our arrival. I had to share my bathroom with my guests. The shower knob was not fixed during my 6 day stay.

Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Lovely and safe neighborhood. Easy to use the contactless check in/out. However, I'd share the communication on early check in was a miss b/c I kept receiving texts from Kasa, so I assumed the notification of early check in would be via text too, but it was sent via email. Either way, it all worked out, and we had a nice quiet and relaxing space to regroup during our trip.

If your a light sleeper this property is not for you. The hvac unit is so loud I was unable to sleep. I am assuming the owners are aware because they have earplugs on the night stands . Which was a shame because the place was nice. about a 45 min walk to Broadway

Condo was nice size for 2 couples. Has W/D and everything you need. The only issue we had was the noise during the 6 nights - several early mornings from the garbage trucks in the alley and a dog barking one day from 650am-11am. The building itself seems very quiet - we didn’t hear anyone in hallways.
