When booking room. I specifically asked for a crib. Hotel said they dont have a crib. Only pac and play. Which they had to get frim a sister hitel. Because it was broken. Plua there are 4 holes in the tub and shower. I was fortunate to get a spa tub, but there were no stopper in it. Wasnt any condiments for coffee. Bathroomvdoor had to be slammed shut. Wouldnt close. Bath tub needs to be cauled where it meets the wall ( im sure mold is growing) tv controller didnt workborioeely. The tv guide sheet didnt match channels. The phone didnt work. They could hear me but i couldnt hear them. Had to go from 3rd floor to 1st floor for ice.

Property was great, Room 315 room needs to be up date, as well as higher toilet bowel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The property is very clean. I ate breakfast on my last day, which was good.

Terrible service and lack of help with issue

We booked through hotels.com , upon arrival the staff told us that we shouldn’t have been able to book the room, that they had technical issues and was not receiving online bookings and had no rooms available and was unable to assist us. I filed a dispute with hotels.com and they informed us this was a no refundable deposit - the issue was escalated and have to wait to hear back from a supervisor - this left us out of $$ with no room and had to scramble to find another. Do not book La Quinta in Lebanon!
