Every bedroom has an attached private full bathroom, and a half bath on main kitchen and living room floor. Full attached 2-car garage available. Free street parking out front. Rooftop includes a gas fire pit with outdoor seating and views of the marina. Our home has everything you'll need for a Nashville reunion with your family & friends!

Please call Blue Turtle Bay Marina right away, for hourly boat rentals or for personal-boat slip rental.
DO NOT park your boat BY our home. Please call the marina to rent a boat slip or make boat parking arrangements in their parking lot.
Boats and road vehicles can be parked at Marina, but only with the Marina's CONSENT prior to parking.
Availability not guaranteed—Call right away!
No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
