Hotel is brand new and its already a disaster. just not up to date on the cleaning at all, cars neglected outside, outside trash by the dumpster was all over the ground. bags on top of bags. the staff was good. this is my 3rd time staying and most likely my last. the rooms are a great size i do love that. but the stairs smelled like smoke. the whole card check in station stinks. 1/2 time doesn't work

The staff I met were friendly. Room was not ready during arrival and was not throughly clean properly. During my stay there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke was not happy about that.

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities are best hotel laundry I've seen. While the provided coffee in the lobby was nice, it would be good to have a coffee pot in the room. Self-check in was easy and very good for a late night arrival. Plenty of parking.

Mark is great! The cleanliness of the rooms are inconsistent. I’ve stayed here on two different occasions in the same month. The first time, the room was very clean on the 2nd floor. The only two complaints was that I could hear the kids on the 2nd floor above me running around. Second, the AC unit would run non stop & would take forever to cool the room down. But once it did… it was an arctic blast that I could not regulate from the wall thermostat. No, I didn’t want to call the front desk because I figured they would stop running eventually and I would just deal with the AC because I hate anyone entering my room once I’ve settled and cleaned it. The second stay, the first room was not cleaned well on the 4th floor. There were toe nail clippings on the bed frame and the floor had hair all over it in the main area and in the bathroom. This time, I did go back down to the front desk. Mark moved me to another room. But when I got in the 2nd room, it was not changed over and the beds looked like someone was still in the room. So, I had to go back downstairs & Mark moved me to another room. This time the room was clean but after settling & sanitizing the room, I found out that the stovetop didn’t work and the bathroom light wouldn’t go off. Hey… but the AC was fine. I was tired at the point and just dealt with it. I would return if I had to. I would check to see if everything worked first and then see if the basic things were clean before I did my sanitizing.
