When we checked in, the room we had booked with two queen beds was not available. The hotel was oversold. The only room available had one king bed. We were three adults who had to sleep in one bed because we were traveling with a pet.

The location was good. BUT. The room was dirty. Still had left over food in the fridge from the last person that stayed there, Baby bottle under the bed, the sheets had not been changed, night stand was sticky, microwave was disgustingly dirty and for whatever reason they did not have the air on in the hotel. Outside of your room it was 75 to 76 degrees. And humid. The noise was terrible. The cheapest built hotel I’ve ever been in. You can hear everything. You can even feel people walking around because the floor shakes. The staff was rude and lazy. She wanted me to check my self in on the kiosk instead of her putting her phone down and getting up off her butt to do her job. It was like pulling teeth to get them to change the sheets on the bed. The worst mattress I have ever slept on. We had booked the room for two nights but left the next morning. Will never be staying at this property again and telling all my work colleagues to never book this property.

It's Clean and Adequate

This facility is located in a busy, commercial area of Smyrna. Access to I-24 was key in my decision to stay here. Prices are good. The king room is fairly small with a kitchenette, separate bath, cable tv. The mattress left me with a knot in my upper back. There is a microwave, and a full size fridge. No plates, cups or kitchen accessories. That comes with a fee. The area is full of restaurants, gas stations, fast food, and Publix! Water pressure in bathroom was adequate. The walls are nearly sound-proof. The clientele seem like folks who are in-between situations. I saw two couples who looked like they were there to attend the CMA's in Nashville. Otherwise, I was on the elevator with a couple--the male was wearing an ankle cuff from law enforcement. There was lots of garbage stacked up in a bin near the smoking area. Another couple sat on the side walk and she looked like she was removing a tick from the man's head. Folks are definitely in-between life situations. It's still a decent place to stay if you're on business and busy from a.m. to p.m.

Rooms were very clean in lots of space. The only thing I can complain about is that we never got housekeeping even though they advised us that it would be once a week when we checked in and as it shown on website, after a week i asked for houskeeping which the "scheduled it" but nobody came when we asked, we were told it would be once every two weeks, either way, nobody ever came:(

We are being partially compensated for our stay due to someone occupying the room as we tried to enter the assigned room. I didn’t feel safe after we were given another room. The staff was nice that night but could not handle the traffic and calls so it took us a while to get our issue straightened. Will not stay there again bc it seemed unmanageable with no security or enough staff.

Staying here was better than any place I've stayed before. The staff was super helpful when the keycard didn't print correctly at the kiosk, but that was an easy quick fix. The room was spacious with clean linens, the bathroom was stocked with towels and complimentary soaps if needed. The kitchenette area was clean with plates, bowls, and some silverware. LivAway had everything you would need for a decent weekend stay in Smyrna, TN. The only issue I had was the noise, whether the people in the next room or above me, it seemed the walls/ floors were thin. Other than that my stay was fantastic!

First off I would like to start by saying the staff were very helpful and super nice. Now for the improvements: we had booked through Expedia and it had placed us into an ADA room and the staff were unable to switch us to a normal room. This had caused a great deal of our dissatisfaction. The shower head leaked and shot water across the bathroom. Due to this being an ADA room there was no shower curtain so showering was quite difficult as we did not want to soak the floor. As for dirtiness of the room we were there for 7 day and at no point did our room get serviced by housekeeping. (They said biweekly cleaning) we found a dead roach bigger than a quarter in the bathroom. The AC would randomly work and would just shot off for an unknown time. Several days we had set the AC to 66 and had come back to our room being in between 75-80 degrees. When I brought this up to the staff they told me to go upstairs and just reset it until it kicked on. This trick did work but a guest shouldn’t have to tamper in the panel box to fix the ac. Overall it was a decent stay for the price and I hope the property can make some improvements as it is still fairly new and they have to to enhance other guests stays.
