This 3 story 3 BED/3.5 BATH Luxury Townhome, built in 2017, features BRAND NEW furnishings and interior design by Megan Haynes Design! Private Rooftop Deck! PRIME LOCATION right near Belmont University between the 12th South neighborhood and the Gulch and also only 8 MINS to Broadway/Downtown, & ONLY 12 MINS from the Airport! The home comfortably sleeps 7 guests in beds! This property is hands down amazing. It was wonderful for three couples all in our late 20s and early 30s. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were great. Each bathroom was stocked with some of the best smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was absolutely amazing.

Lovely property. In a developing neighborhood. Never felt unsafe. Perfectly located to all things that one could want in Nashville. Great for families with kids. Plenty of board games and children’s books to read and to play late into the night.

My daughters and I wanted a place to stay in Nashville for the annual film festival. The location needed to be somewhat central and this property worked perfectly. I stayed here over Christmas with my husband and adult children, 6 ppl total.The house was amazing. Every amenity was top notch beds, showers, kitchen all perfect. Neal was a great host. He responded quickly to every correspondence. He even put up some Christmas decorations for us! Location was super close to all the places we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Great Townhome!

We were thrilled with the location of this property. Communication with the owner was great and the description/pictures of the townhome are spot on. The home was clean and has all of the kitchen supplies that you need. The parking in the back is ideal, but you may want to park in front for unloading. You will not be disappointed with this townhome!!
