Summary:
Wake up to the Cumberland River right outside your window. This downtown condo sits on the riverfront with a private balcony over the water and skyline — a view most Nashville rentals don't have. Bright and full of character, with a king bed and sleeper sofa that sleeps 4. Broadway is about a mile away (a short walk or quick ride), First Horizon Park is a 5-minute walk, and Germantown is a few blocks over. Free parking, gym, laundry, and a summer pool. Great for couples or a small group downtown.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked — pots, pans, bakeware, and the basics for cooking a real meal in. There are smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, so you can log into your own streaming accounts.
The bedroom is bright and colorful, with a TV, a clothing rack, and a dresser. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed, so the place sleeps four.
The private balcony over the Cumberland River is the spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, away from the noise of Broadway. In the cooler months, the fireplace gives you the same quiet retreat indoors.

The Neighborhood:
You're right on the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville, tucked between downtown and Germantown — close to everything, but on the quieter, riverfront edge of it.
Broadway and the honky-tonks are about a mile away — a 15-to-20-minute walk along the river or a short rideshare when you'd rather not walk back. First Horizon Park is just a few blocks for a Nashville Sounds game, and Nissan Stadium is across the river, walkable on game days.
Germantown is a few blocks north and worth the trip on its own — one of the city's best food neighborhoods, with spots like Rolf and Daughters and Butchertown Hall, plus the Nashville Farmers' Market. For something quieter, the Bicentennial Capitol Mall park and the State Capitol are a short walk in the same direction.
Best for people who want to be downtown for the music and nightlife but come back to a calm spot on the water instead of a busy hotel block.
Getting Around:
Downtown Nashville is genuinely walkable from here, so for a lot of your trip you won't need a car. Broadway is about a mile on foot, First Horizon Park is a few blocks, and Germantown's restaurants are a short walk north.
For anything farther, Uber and Lyft are everywhere downtown and usually just a few minutes away — the easy call for a late night on Broadway so nobody's driving. If you do drive in, there's free parking right out front.
The riverfront greenway runs right past the building if you want to walk or run along the Cumberland. And Nashville's B-cycle bike share has a station a short walk away if you'd rather get around on two wheels.
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about a 15-minute drive, so getting in and out is simple.

** Key card will be hanging by the front door

**Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners!
We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!
