Each home features three bedrooms and three and a half baths, designed to accommodate up to 20 guests with ease. Located in a gated community just a short drive from Broadway, these properties promise an unforgettable stay with stunning rooftop city skyline views and elegant interiors.

Comfortable Accommodation:
- The Alessia offers a unique sleeping arrangement: a queen over queen bunk bed and twin over twin bunk bed with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with ensuite, and a primary suite featuring a king bed plus a twin bed and twin trundle with ensuite bathroom. The living room includes a sleeper sofa.
- The Adelaide features a king bedroom with ensuite, a queen over queen bunk bed and twin over twin bunk bed with ensuite, and a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- Both homes provide private ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, ensuring optimal privacy and comfort.
- Luxury is emphasized with spacious interiors and thoughtful sleeping configurations to perfectly suit families or large groups.

You'll have access to both homes and private rooftops, including street or parking pad spaces (we do not have a garage and parking is first come, first served).
The Neighborhood:
We are wedged between downtown and Germantown, close to Fisk and Meharry colleges, and moments away from the famed Nashville Farmer's Market, the Nashville Sounds stadium, all the incredible bars and restaurants nearby (Rolf and Daughters, Fifth and Taylor, Vui's Kitchen, City House and SO many more) and a whole host of other activities. We do live in an urban, city neighborhood, that is a mix of new development and Nashville institutions, but we love our location for its convenience and ease to get ANYWHERE in town for an inexpensive ride share.
Getting Around:
Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft!

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:
- Dogs are welcome in The Adelaide for an additional $150/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.
-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything like onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
