The room and hotel were nice and in a great location. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the hotel was overbooked and resulted in a long check in process and no room for awhile at 6:45 at night with a child. They were trying their best, however I am unclear how for so many of us who had already prepaid, we had nowhere to check in. After waiting about 30 minutes they were able to find me a room.

My only complaint would be the cost of valet parking. My nephew came to meet us and have dinner and was charged 75$ for a hour and a half…that’s ridiculous as guest of guests staying at this hotel and eating dinner at JWB…
