Convenient parking, secure, but simple access. Communication with the manager and staff was friendly, quick, and helpful! Only inconveniences we had were not knowing the toilet was being replaced upon our arrival and was taking longer than anticipated. There was also a surprise plumbing issue in a neighboring apartment, resulting in lots of water all over the place. Like, a small pond. Management and cleaning staff did a great job handling the chaos and were on it. Thank you for hosting us, Grand Welcome and to all the lovely staff we met along this adventure!

We were in Nashville for a Vanderbilt reunion. The location of the apartment was great! We walked to several restaurants, Vanderbilt University and a Catholic church. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this rental.
