We weren't given a unit number or instructions to check in. We had to call the company and then they sent partial information. Code provided wasn't correct. We called and management company wasn't helpful. We needed a different guest to let us in every time we came back. There were dirty socks left under the bed. It's a great property. Too bad the management and upkeep is so poor.
