Cheap room close to downtown

AC unit was ragged and made loud noise ALL night. Stupid light on the wall by the bed would not cut off so room was kinda bright while trying to fall asleep. Took minutes for the water to heat past cool and never truly got hot. Toilet flushed slowly and made you think it was clogged. Floor was sloping and the towels were stained, scratchy and small.
