Great part of town! Locals and historic area. Walkable to a couple of restaurants/bars, grocery and trolley stop. Near Vanderbilt University and Belmont Mansion. Be aware because it’s a city you must pay to park everywhere. I highly suggest taking rideshare to/from airport. You can park at hotel for a daily fee.

Wow !! This is the best place we ever stayed in. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. The hotel is right on music row and we walked around and even got invited in one of the studios to chat!! I could live in this amazing room with separate bed rooms kitchen and 2 baths. This place is a wow X 1000!!!

Quiet. Great location. Easy to get around Nashville from here. Parking app didn’t work well for me but I figured out a workaround & parking is a different company anyhow.

Horrible staff I will be filing a complaint staff said it was safe to park out front. Both cars windows smashed dirty rooms staff is the most unfriendly, horrible staff I’ve ever experienced

Friendly, courteous staff. Very modern decor that gives Motif a bit of a European flavor. Liked the fact that it is one block away from RCA’s famous landmark, Studio B. The pool area is a wonderful space to relax in after a hard day on Broadway or after tromping through the Country Music Hall of Fame and the National Museum of African American Museum.

Motif hotel does not care that Metropolis , the company they contracted to manage their parking garage, is scamming their customers! BEWARE! Avoid this hotel.m and Metropolis. I was told to scan the QR code to pay the daily parking fee of $26.99. I did so, and the next day, I was issued a parking ticket. I paid $50.25 to get on my way to the airport . I called Motif and spoke to the manager and was told , “ We don’t handle the parking.” I then proceeded to make three phone calls and spend time repeating my case to three different agents, over 1.5 hours. I finally was told that I will obtain my refund . I will make sure metropolis parking is not being used before I ever book another motel . Total waste of time .
