We loved the 3rd floor rooftop pool. Lots of seating in and outside of the pool. Great having the common room on the main floor to relax or gather a group. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and the kitchenettes had a lot of amenities. Only downfall was that there were no “black out” curtains in our kitchenette area with the pull out couch (which was being used) so it was quite bright in the morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again for sure!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room. We had a full kitchen and a balcony and a washer/dryer. This hotel is perfect! Especially if you’re traveling with a group. It’s affordable, it’s brand new, the staff is great, the pool is awesome! It’s in a safe , quiet neighborhood. I will suggest this hotel to Everyone

We really liked our suite, it had everything we needed. A few minor things on cleanliness- a hair in the shower, a few little things like that. The most frustrating thing was that parking in Nashville costs an arm and a leg. We called the hotel to ask if there’s any way to get an earlier check in- 4 pm was a bit late. The lady on the phone was very nonchalant. She said oh yeah that’s fine, you can check in anytime between now and then… so we drove all the way over, and then only upon arrival they said it costs $50 to check in early. Parking was pricey. Overall, good location and good suite.

We visited Nashville mostly to go to the Coldplay concert at Nissan Stadium. The Motif Hotel was a perfect location from that area. It is close to resteraunts and shops. The room was a two bedroom two bathroom and it was fabulous!! The bedrooms are spacious, extremely comfortable beds! Made it hard to wake up in the mornings! The bathrooms were beautiful and big! The kitchen was perfect. We only made breakfast here. There were 3 Tvs in the whole room! Thank goodness for the washer and dryers! The parking was a little expensive but worth it!! The parking garage is gated. The staff was very nice and very informative! Great place to stay!! We will be back!!

Staff was more than friendly and helpful they were the best part, and pool was perfect for the little ones. the location is perfect for getting around Nashville while avoiding the crazy traffic. The only issue we had was parking our truck we can’t fit in the underground garage so we had to street park, we found parking fairly easily but there was a lot of glass from broken windows on the street. We didn’t have a problem with the truck being broken into, but you could tell it’s an issue in the area it seems like all of Nashville is dealing with vehicle break ins. The Recommendation the local police gave us was to leave the glove box and center console open so they can see nothing is in the vehicle.

The room was nice, but there are no room darkening shades in the living room, so very bright for anyone sleeping on the pullout sofa. With the exception of Jordan the staff was extremely cold & rude. Marquis(?) barely made eye contact when I walked in with my 9yo to see if our room was available for early check in. His only response was “probably not”. No attempt to even check or pretend to check. I then asked about parking and without looking up said “read the signs of the parking garage”. I stood there dumbfounded as two other families waiting watched with jaws dropped. Absolutely unacceptable with the rates that are charged. When attempting to enter the parking garage 2 hrs later at check in we were unable to get the door to open until a passerby (hotel guest) swiped us in with his card. Not one of the 3 front desk employees we spoke to regarding parking throughout our stay could assist with how to repurchase parking for an extended period. The app requires you to wait until your current day expires & then you have to purchase an additional day. We have traveled the world over multiple times & have never experienced such a disastrous system. Our package we booked included a $27 credit for one night parking. No one was able to assist us in how we receive that credit. One associate advised “it’s a real pain & we’re trying to stop that deal”. No further explanation provided. We would like our $27 credited back to us as was stated in our initial reservation.
