The hotel room was clean and met our expectations. The 3 out of 4 hotel staff that we dealt with at the front desk was helpful and polite, one of them was alright, maybe a hint of sassiness at one point. The location is alright, quiet but not a lot of choices to eat at around the immediate area. One problem that we had was this room was booked on hotels.com but it was through a third party (goodnight stay). The front desk wasn't able to help us because they said they just started this agreement. They said we are not entitled to any services like housekeeping, maintenance, or early check in/check out. That all has to be done through the third party. It was difficult to secure an early check in, and we ended up getting another hotel for the day in till we could check in (flew red eye from overseas and got there at 6am). The water heater in the room was severely undersized. It was the smallest water heater I've ever seen. My girlfriend could bathe for a couple minutes with hot water before it turning lukewarm. When I showered after her, the water was cold. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Next time I'll pay a little extra to stay closer to downtown with food choices within walking distance.
